All orders are custom-cut and dispatched directly from our facility.

Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed, cut, and packed within 1 to 2 business days.
• You will receive a tracking confirmation once your parcel leaves the facility.

Shipping Tiers & Weight Limits

We calculate shipping automatically at checkout based on the total weight of your metal order to ensure fair and transparent pricing:

• Standard Parcel (Up to 5kg) - €6.95
  
• Medium Parcel (5kg – 10kg) - €12.95
• Large Parcel (10kg – 20kg) - €15.95
  

Packaging & Handling

Because metal stock is heavy and can shift in transit, every order is securely bundled, wrapped, and boxed to prevent damage, edge bruising, or piercing through packaging.
